I love a book with a good ol’ unreliable narrator, and “The Execution of Noa P. Singleton” definitely delivers. You’re not quite sure if you can trust her – leading to unexpected twists and turns. The novel is a great read for those that enjoy a little suspense, and with a nonlinear plot, Elizabeth Silver presents a true page-turner. I was never sure which characters to believe (including Noa herself), which led to many surprises. I would definitely read another of Silver’s books – she knows how to tell ’em.
